Created in close collaboration with a number of the world's foremost security and poker experts, including Tony Guerrera, and boasting highly sophisticated and progressive algorithms that make it virtually impossible for any abnormal or fraudulent play to go undetected, the UltimateBet Security Center sets the clear standard for gaming security in online gaming.

Security Policy

Anyone who attempts to collude/ chip dump or use BOTS whilst playing at UltimateBet will not only be permanently banned, but will also be entered into a black list database. UltimateBet has state-of-the-art algorithms and software in place to immediately identify any fraudulent or unscrupulous activities. Aside from the algorithms, all activity on UltimateBet is monitored by a full-time team of professionals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are a variety of strategies used by our analysts to uncover prohibited game play and activity.

Any complaints will be taken extremely seriously by UltimateBet and investigated to their fullest.

Collusion

Whether you play in brick & mortar card rooms or online, poker players are always aware of the possibility of collusion. Collusion is known as cheating and occurs when two or more people at a table know what the other is holding in their hands and work together to cheat others out of their money. Any collusion harms the integrity of the online gaming industry as a whole.

Chip Dumping

This is where a player deliberately loses his chips to another player. This activity is strictly prohibited in all card rooms.

At UltimateBet we're committed to game integrity. As such we've developed a sophisticated proprietary tool which detects accounts owned by the same individual. Our system evaluates many pieces of data before presenting its finding to the Poker Security Team for review.

Account History

UltimateBet maintains an account history for every player, detailing the outcome of each and every hand in which the player was involved, as well as every transaction into and out of their real money, play chip and status point accounts. At any time a player may request information about their account by contacting Customer Support.

Software Download

When using Internet Explorer, the validity of the downloaded executable is verified by the browser using our key and Thawte certificate.

When using any browser other than Internet Explorer, we use 1024-bit RSA key and a Thawte server certificate to protect our HTTPS web server and download.

Software Security Features

We have a number of features to protect your privacy while you're playing at UltimateBet.

Our client software uses the certificates issued by our own Certificate Authority (CA) to authenticate our servers. UltimateBet software authenticates our servers by using the industry standard DES combined with AP's custom encryption algorithm.

Our client software uses a combination of DES and UltimateBet's custom algorithm for encryption. We use 256 bit encryption to ensure the highest level of privacy and confidentiality of data both to and from UltimateBet's servers.

Card Shuffling

UltimateBet uses a card shuffling algorithm that shuffles the deck more thoroughly than any normal dealer ever could. The deck is shuffled 10 times before each game, with each shuffle moving each card somewhere between 1 and 51 times throughout the deck (10 passes at Knuth's full shuffle algorithm).

In addition to the shuffling algorithm, UltimateBet uses a random number generator with an entropy pool large enough to make it impossible for any player to have an advantage over the other players.

Card Shuffling Certifications

Two well-respected and independent third parties, iTech Labs and eCOGRA, have certified that UltimateBet's random number generator and card shuffle are truly random and unpredictable and are in compliance with all industry standards. Hackers

UltimateBet is secure in the transfer of any information between our players and our UltimateBet servers. We use the internationally accepted industry standard SSLv3/TLSv1 encryption algorithm to protect your information as it transfers between our client application running on your computer and our servers.

So whether it is a credit card, your name, password, your cards, your personal address or any other private information, it is protected. Player cards are sent directly and exclusively to the individual player's computer without ever being susceptible to hacking.

This security is the best available and prevents any hacking from taking place.

UltimateBet is licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which was established on 10th June 1996, pursuant to the provisions of the Kahnawake Gaming Law, MCR No. 26 / 1996-97.

The Commission is empowered to regulate and control gaming and gaming related activities conducted within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in accordance with the highest principles of honesty and integrity.
