If your account was created using UltimateBet.Net and you’re trying to access it using UltimateBet.Com or vice versa, you’ll receive an error message. Please make sure that you have the correct application that corresponds to your account installed on your computer.
Yes, for added security we’ve made all passwords case sensitive. If you created your password using uppercase letters and you are entering it using lowercase letters or vice versa, it won’t work.
Your username is the alias you used when you created your account. Please make sure that you are entering the correct information.
Try to log in from a table. Before you enter your login information, choose a table and try to take a seat. At this point, you will be prompted to log in.
If you are unsure of your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button located on the login screen. A new password will be sent to your registered email address. Please have both your username and registered email address on hand.
Upon registration, an email was sent to your email account with a 5-character code. Due to filtering settings, your email provider might have mislabeled your UltimateBet correspondence as spam. This can be easily be corrected by following the instructions provided at this link:

Email validation is used to verify a player's email address before they are permitted to access our software. In an effort to reduce the risk of fraudulent behavior, all players must validate their email address. If you do not contact us from the email address with which you registered your account, we will not be able to complete the account validation process.
All new players will be required to submit an answer to a security question of their choice when they register with UltimateBet. All players that have existing accounts can update their profiles by launching the poker software, clicking on "My Account" followed by "Update Profile". A new window will appear where you will need to click on "Change Password". You will then have the option to select your security question and answer.
Remember to keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone else. This security question will function like a password and is required to update your personal information or obtain any information about your account status and balance.
Once you are able to log in, you may change the password to a personal one by going to "My Account" and clicking on "Update Profile", followed by the Change Password link. Note that passwords should contain between 6 to 12 alphanumerical characters. Please keep in mind that they are case sensitive.
If you no longer have access to your registered e-mail address, please send an e-mail to Support@Ultimatebet.com with the following information:
- Complete name
- Registered email address
- Complete physical address
- Phone number
- Deposit method and ID details. If you deposited by credit card, please provide the last 4 digits of the card used. If you used any other method, we require the full account number.
- Zip code or postal code
Once this information has been received and verified, your e-mail address will be updated.
At UltimateBet, we do not allow players to change their usernames. This policy is in effect for security reasons. Players quickly learn to identify each other by their usernames. Please also keep in mind that in a brick and mortar poker room, changing your identity is essentially impossible. Preventing players from changing their identities also helps foster an authentic poker experience.
- Make sure your password has been entered correctly. Remember, passwords are case sensitive. Do not leave any spaces before or after and ensure that your caps lock is deactivated should your password contain lowercase letters. Also keep in mind that when you log in, you need to enter your nickname in the "Name" box and then your personal password in the "Password" box.
- If you do not remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" button. A new window will be displayed where you will be asked to enter your nickname and your registered email address. An automated email will be sent to your registered email with a new password. If you don't see this email in your inbox in a few minutes, check the junk/spam folder. Our automated messages might be re-directed due to your spam filter settings.
