1- Please close all your Internet applications including the game client. Open the Firewall application and select the "Firewall" option

2- Make sure that the "Internet Zone Security" and the "Trusted Zone Security have been set to MED status. 3- Select the "Zones" tab.

4- Review the list of programs and look for the UB programs. If you find them make sure their status is trusted (green checkmark). If they are not change it. 5-If the Ultimatebet files are not shown in the list of allowed applications, please click on "Add".

6- In the add files window please browse the following file's paths: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\ultimatebet.exe C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\UBSoftUpdate.exe 7- Click on "Open". Make sure you have added both files as shown in #4. |
