1- Please close all your Internet applications including the game client. Open the Firewall application and select the "Norton Internet Security" tab.

2- Select the "Settings" line.

3- Click on "Personal Firewall". 4- Click Configure. |

5- Check the Programs list and search for Ultimatebet components. 6- If there aren't any UltimateBet related items, click on "Add"

7-Browse the following paths: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\ultimatebet.exe C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\UBSoftUpdate.exe Click on "Open" for each one of the files browsed.

8- Make sure you set the file to "Allow" status and click "OK" when prompted.

9- Verify the files have been successfully added and properly set to "Allow" status. 10- Once you have finished, click "OK". Close the application and restart your PC. |
