When registering I was asked if I wished to receive promotional email.

When I try to log into the My Account area, I get a blank page, or page cannot be found.

You will see in the middle area "temporary internet files" click on settings. Make sure that anything but "never" is selected. (we suggest automatically) Click OK
Go back to the Internet options popup.
Click on the tab labeled "privacy" Click on Edit

How do I change the email address associated with my account?
Changing your email, or any other account information is easy. Preferred customers can simply open up the game and
log into the 'My Account' area with your player name and password. You will be able to change your account information

Can I change my player name?
It is our policy to limit player name changes as this is the only way players can identify each other in the virtual cardroom.
However, some players may wish to change their player name because they accidentally used their real name.
If you wish to change your player name, you may submit a request, along with the reason and the new name you would like to use, to support@ultimatebet.com. We suggest that you send us three new names in case your first choice is not available. Please send us the answer to your security question with this request.

How do I change my password?
Just log in the "My Account" area with your player name and current password and then select change password from the menu.
The Edit Password screen will display and then you can enter your new password and password hint. Remember passwords are case
sensitive so you'll need to enter it exactly the same every time.

Once I set up my player name, how do I validate my account?
We require all new players to validate their email address once they establish their player name so we are able to
communicate with them regarding their account.
Once you download our poker software and create your player name, you will
receive an email from us for validation. To validate you simply need to click on the active link in the email
(if it is an active link, not all email providers accept active links). If it not an active link, simply cut and paste
the link from the email we send you into the address bar of your Internet program. This will take you to your specific
validation page. Once there, your account is automatically validated and you are ready to play.
If you do not receive an email from us within a couple of minutes after creating your player name, there may be a problem with your email address, or your provider is not accepting emails from us. If you have a second email address, you may want to send our customer support department (support@ultimatebet.com) a message so we can follow up with you and troubleshoot the problem.
