Is there anything else I need to know?
Yes. Bonus Dollars come with an expiration date. All pending bonus dollars that are older than 60 days will automatically expire. If you earn another bonus while the initial bonus is being released, you must fulfill the release requirements for the original bonus in order for the second bonus to start its release.

I forgot my password. Can you help?
All sensitive information, including your password, is encrypted in our database and cannot be retrieved by our customer service agents. We encourage you to use the "forgot password" button in our game application.

A new window will open and you will be asked to enter your username and the email address registered in the account. When registering I was asked if I wished to receive promotional email.
Does this mean I will get email from outside sources?
Absolutely not! Personal information obtained by us, including your email address, will never be sold, traded or given away to anyone else.

When I try to log into the My Account area, I get a blank page, or page cannot be found.
This is most likely a browser setting problem. Please do the following:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on tools-Internet Options.
You will see in the middle area "temporary internet files" click on settings. Make sure that anything but "never" is selected. (we suggest automatically) Click OK
Go back to the Internet options popup.
Click on the tab labeled "privacy" Click on Edit
Enter www.UB.com and click allow.

Simply click on "My Account" and then select "Update Profile". You will receive a verification code to confirm the changes. If you have not access to the registered email in your account, please send us an email to support@ultimatebet.com including all the information in your profile and the answer to your security question.

Can I make a deposit without a credit card?

Once I set up my username, how do I validate my account?
We require all new players to validate their email address once they establish their username so we are able to communicate with them regarding their account. Once you download our poker software and create your username, you will receive an email from us for validation. To validate, you simply need to click on the active link in the email (if it is an active link, not all email providers accept active links). If it is not an active link, simply cut and paste the link from the email we sent you into the address bar of your Internet program. This will take you to your specific validation page. Once there, your account is automatically validated and you are ready to play.

Did you recently change UB's raise logic?
We recently changed our raise logic to align it with online poker standards. Players will no longer have to subtract the amount on the table in front of them from the bet that they wish to make. Previously, players who wished to raise and already had a bet in front of them, would first have to determine the amount they wished to bet, then subtract the amount already in front of them. Now, players can decide how much they wish to bet, and just enter the amount, which will be their full bet.

What are Synchronized Breaks?
The majority of our Multi-Table Tournaments will now break at the 55th minute of every hour. This will allow players who play in Multi-Table Tournaments to take a break without worrying about missing hands. Please visit our Synchronized Breaks page for more information.
