RAI$E is UB’s newest tiered loyalty program that provides you with a collection of benefits to thank you for being a loyalty player at UB. The more you play with us, the higher you rise in ranking at RAI$E and the faster you earn points which you can redeem for hot merchandise, auctions, tourneys and cash.

RAI$E offers four exciting channels to redeem the points you earn while playing at UB:

• UltimateAuctions™ - Use your UltimatePoints™ to bid on highly unique items and experiences that you can find no where else. The more you play the more bidding power you have in the UltimateAuctions™!
• Tourneys for Points - Use your points to enter select tournaments for free. To find out how to enter, just go to the tournament lobby where the Tourneys for Points games are listed. No, there are no associated membership fees to participate in RAI$E. Just play at UB and no where else!

You are automatically enrolled in RAI$E when you open a UltimateBet Account and make your first deposit.

No, UltimatePoints™ do not expire as long as you are an active real money player.
Your points only expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, where you do not earn UltimatePoints™. We will remind you of your point account balance after 6 months of inactivity.

You earn UltimatePoints™ every time you play in a real money game. On occasion we will also send surveys and other promotional opportunities where you can earn extra UltimatePoints™.

Depending upon the number of Status Points you have accrued, you may qualify for one of the following Status’: Icon, Legend, Contender, Player, Member. The higher you rise in Status, the more benefits you receive and the faster you earn points. For more information on the benefits of each Status Level, visit our RAI$E Benefits page.

Member (x 1 Point Multiple) – No Point Minimum Required
Player (x 2 Point Multiple) – 50 Point Minimum
Contender (x 3 Point Multiple) – 500 Point Minimum
Legend (x 4 Point Multiple) – 2,500 Point Minimum
Icon (x 5 Point Multiple) – 10,000 Point Minimum

Your Status Level's Point Multiplier represents the rate at which you earn points. The higher you rise in Status Level, the higher your Point Multiplier and the faster you earn points. For example, if a Member earns 10 UltimatePoints™, a Player with Point Multiplier 2 will earn 20 (2 x 10) UltimatePoints™ for the same action.

Status Points are the number of points you earn in any month and are based on the "How to Earn Points" calculation tables. It is the Point system used to determine your Status Level on RAI$E. Your Status Points are reset to zero at the beginning of each month and the number of Status Points you earn in that month will determine whether you move up, down or stay in the same Status Level.

UltimatePoints™ are calculated based on the multiplier associated with the Status Level that you have achieved. You can redeem your UltimatePoints™ for merchandise, experiences, auctions, tournaments and cash. The higher you rise in Status Level, the faster you'll earn UltimatePoints™.

For example, if a "Member" Level earns 10 UltimatePoints™, a "Player" Level with Point Multiplier of 2 will earn 20 (2 x 10) UltimatePoints™, for the same action.

Your UltimatePoints™ are displayed in the Account Information page in the UltimateBet Lobby. Check this page to find out how many Status Points you have accumulated and how many you need to reach the next Status Level and get more benefits.

Once you earn enough points to qualify for a certain RAI$E Status Level, you will automatically begin receiving that Status’ benefits. To continue to qualify for that Status you must earn the minimum required points on a monthly basis. For example, if you earn 500 points from November 1-17, you qualify to be a Contender. Your Contender Status will last until December 31. To continue to qualify for Contender status in January, you must earn at least 500 points in the month of December.

If you are an Icon, we give you 6 months to earn a minimum of 60,000 points.  If you do not meet this minimum, you will be re-categorized to the Tier matching your average points earned over 6 months.

Out of gratitude to our long-time players, we are basing your launch Status on the highest number of points you have earned in a single month since the first day you became an active member at UB. This means if you earned 500 UltimatePoints™ in July 2004, we are automatically making you a Contender at the launch of RAI$E. Keep on playing at the Contender level to continue enjoying all of the benefits!

Once RAI$E launches, your old points will be automatically converted to the new UltimatePoints™ that you can use to redeem for tourneys, merchandise, and auctions only. Because the new UltimatePoints™ are worth more, we will use an exchange rate of 2 old points for every 1 Ultimate Point™ to make the conversion. For example, if you have 3,000 old points, these will convert to 1,500 new UltimatePoints™ with the RAI$E launch. Check out what this means in terms of new pricing on the store and tourneys!

No, only you can use the points you earned to redeem rewards.

If you are a Contender, Legend or Icon, you can exchange your UltimatePoints™ for cash. Payment of cash will be made to your Account upon redemption. This is a temporary promotion and UB reserves the right to modify or cancel the Cash for Points program at any time. You can redeem cash up to the following amounts, depending on your Status Level:

Contender – $50
Legend – $250
Icon – $1,000

And, we also use Freerolls to test new tournament software. When we do this, players are told it's a testing tournament and we may go back to players for specific feedback about how the software performed.

The value of Tournament Dollars is equivalent to US Dollars. One tournament dollar is equal to one US dollar. This currency cannot be used to play in ring games, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be converted to US dollars.

Tournament Dollars have been introduced with the purpose of letting our players unregister from tournaments they qualified into. For example, if you play a $10+$1 tourney that feeds into a $150+$12 event and you win the entry, but later decide to unregister from this tournament; your account will be credited with 162 tournament dollars. Another example would apply if you play on two qualifiers for the same event and win an entry on both. You will be entered on the main event and the second entry will be credited in tournament dollars.

You can use tournament dollars to enter another big event, or you can use these to enter a variety of smaller Multi-Table Tournaments and Sit & Go Tournaments.

UltimateBet offers satellites and qualifiers which give away seats to bigger events. Please note that these qualifiers are Must Play, meaning that players can't unregister for events they have won a seat to. If a player wins two or more seats for the same event, the value of the additional seats is automatically credited using Tournament Dollars.
