Over and over again I've said that knocking our Team UB players out of the $200,000 Sunday Guaranteed Tournament (and collecting their bounties) is easier said than done. And yesterday our pros proved my point (which I'm sure was their only goal) as two went deep into the money. Jim "KrazyKanuck" Worth finished just short of the final table, taking home $1,600 for his 12th place finish. And coming so close and falling just short probably had him looking something like this:
That was taken during the Aruba Poker Classic in, uh, Aruba. As was this picture of Mark "P0ker H0" Kroon, who finished in 25th place. He probably wasn't happy about that, either, but it's hard to snap a picture of H0 when he isn't laughing, talking, needling, etc.
Congratulations to cooldaddy-1, who ended the day with all the chips and the $45,000 first prize.
