The good folks at Harrah's were pretty quick at getting that sign printed and hung. Thing is, what if Phil wins his twelfth bracelet today? Can Harrah's get some kind of two-for-one discount? And what would you do with the current sign? Seems a waste to just chuck it in the trash.
