Doyle Brunson Was Not, NOT Arrested

Yesterday morning a rumor began on a poker fourm that the legendary Doyle Brunson had been arrested. The rumor quickly spread, as rumors tend to do, as players around the world worried that another shoe had dropped in the U.S. government's war on poker.

But by mid-afternoon the story had been debunked. Even the original poster admitted that after further investigation there was no truth in it. That didn't stop the tempest building in a teacup, and even if it only lasted a few hours it proves how quickly information can move along the internet. Information, or misinformation. I guess the moral of the story is, don't believe everything you read. Especially on the internet. Except for the UltimateBetBlog. A pretty lengthy moral, but one worth taking to heart anyway.
