For the last month I haven't been able to think about anything but poker.  I played in the Bellagio 25k event and even though nothing exciting happened there, the next 2 weeks made up for it.  It was a privilege of mine to be one of the Instructors at the WSOPA camp being held at Ceasars Palace.  Annie Duke, Howard Lederer, Phil Gordon, Paul Wasicka, Shawn Rice, and a few others were all teaching a group of about 200 people for 2 days.  It was a great experience and I look forward to it every year.  It really helps you get better listening to all these different people who know so much about poker.  Also at Ceasars Palace was the WSOP Circuit events, and I made the final table of the $1500 event.  Not only was the money good, but so was the company.  Jerry Yang, and Alex Kravchenko were a few recognizable names sitting with me.  I went card dead and had to shove 2-4 off blind on blind and ran into JJ.  It was a great experience either way.

After Vegas, I was off to Calgary and Vancouver.  Phil, Annie, Shawn, and I, have been doing tours across Canada teaching people how to play better poker.  Its been a real success so far.  Not only for the people we are talking to, but for myself.  Talking Poker all day for the last month, has really helped me get better myself.  I am really looking forward to this years WSOP.

I arrived back in Madison, WI, and took it easy for a couple days.  I got a call from Phil who was in Milwaukee.  He had invited me and a few friends to come to the Miller Brewery and take a private tour of the entire place.  He's doing a promotion with Miwaukees Best Light, and the WSOP.  His face is being put on 12 million beer cans, and we were the first ones to see the new cans come off the production line.  Was a really cool thing, and Phil was just as excited as winning a bracelet.

All in all, the last month has been a blast.  See you all at the Series!!!!
