Cross Canada Tour East Coast Swing

Well this weekend was a fun filled weekend in downtown Toronto when UB's Cross Canada Tour hit the Sheraton Hotel on my home turf. We had Phil Hellmuth, P0ker H0, Debo34, Shawn Rice and yours truly doing a day long seminar on various aspects of poker.
I decided to stay at the Sheraton for the weekend rather than driving back and forth for a few reasons. Number 1, Toronto was getting hit by one of the biggest snow storms in recent memory and number 2, I know the boys and I would end up drinking and having some fun. Friday night's festivities started with the online team and myself going to the Toronto Raptors game. We had pretty good seats and really enjoyed the game. We ended up walking back to the Sheraton in basically a white out and parked ourselves in the hotel's bar. It wasn't too late of a night for us.
Saturday, all day we did the poker conference. The feedback was great and people enjoyed interacting and talking to both Hellmuth and the online team. The day was a good one and we talked in front of a packed house despite the white out conditions outside.
Saturday evening we fun night. We started off going to the Keg for dinner with a few friends and ended up heading down to the Brant House, a popular nightclub in Toronto. We had bottle service there and a private area to which most of the crew partied and danced until about 3 am. It was a pretty electrifying and fun night.
At about 3:30am we hopped in the limo to head back to the hotel and 4 of us ended up going up to Hellmuth`s suite to play some chinese poker. We were there until about 5 am playing but I guess I fell asleep in my chair for the last half hour! (it was a long day after all!!!)
Next weekend we`re off to Montreal and Ottawa for back to back conferences. This time the headliner will be Annie Duke. It should be another fun filled weekend.
