A busy week

This has been a really exciting and busy 10 days. I started off by landing in L.A. on the 3rd and off to Pechanga Casino in Temecula California. That evening we all had a fun dinner party and got to meet many of the people who would be on The Best Damn Poker Show filmed by Fox Sports to be aired in late January.
Phil had Poker Ho as his coach and Annie had me as her coach. These were really long hours as we filmed seven shows in 3 days. Most of the time I see 7 am is when I am still up. This was a blast to be involved in. Scott Ian from Anthrax was there along with Sully Erna lead singer from Godsmack, Jennifer Tilly and Patrick Warburton whom played Puddy on the TV show Seinfeld.
Getting to see Scott again was really cool, I was lucky enough to spend a little time with him and his girlfriend Pearl in Aruba. We are both big time KISS fans and he was telling me some really cool stories about Gene letting him use his Axe Bass Guitar during the VH1 Rock Honors concert and about the Gene Simmons Roast he attended in L.A. recently.
Would love to give you more details about the TV show but I really cant at this time. After filming we drove to Vegas and got to spend even more time with Ho, Debo , Jon Green, Wisco and SassyTexan. We were all there to attend Phil's party for his 11th bracelet put on by Ultimate Bet. This was a killer time as Pearl and her band (Scott Ian on guitar) played several songs. My friend Paul Altman and Sassy and I showed up a little late to the party as we were watching Sully play the $5000 buyin at the Bellagio. He finished 2nd to J.C. Tran and won over $300,000.It all started because he could not get into a cash game and called David Plastik up and David told him to play the $500 satellite for the $5K event. Sully was so thrilled, I guess those 40 minute lessons from Annie in California didn't hurt. I am not taking anything away from Sully, this man really plays great and has cashed in the last two WSOP main events. We were all so thrilled for him and it could not happen to a nicer man. and congrats Sully on your new CD, Good Times Bad Times being in the top 10 on Billboard.
One of the highlights of the party was when Sully joined Pearl Aday onstage for a couple of songs and later on the drums for AC/DC's Highway to Hell. Also do yourself a favor and check out Pearls music as she is a super talent and daughter of the legendary singer Meatloaf.
Last night Scott Ian invited Debo, his friend Kurt and I to the internet recording of DeepRockDrive.com concert of Pearl and her band. Do yourself a favor and watch it.
It's been many fun times and I am so wore out I am going to pass on the Bellagio 15k event and play Tunica next month after a little time off.
Good Luck and Flop'em Dead
