When I click 'ok' to receive the update it does nothing. How can I get back on to Ultimatebet?
1. Close the Upgrade if it has crashed. This may require going into Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and ending upgrade.exe process.
2. Go to Start > Program Files > Settings > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs (depending on OS).
3. Select any and all versions of Ultimate Bet and uninstall.
4. Go to the folder Program Files to check for Ultimate Bet folder. If folder is found delete it.
5. Go to www.ultimatebet.com
6. Download and Install the UB software again.
I can't get in without verifying my email (missing validation code). What do I need to do?
Try logging in now. All real and fun UB accounts should no longer have issues with the validation process.
I have to change my screenname? Why does this happen?
The CEREUS poker network offers UltimateBet fans many new advantages, including an expanded pool of players, bigger Bad Beat Jackpots, more guarantees and a lot more action at the tables. As a result of the expanded player base, there is some duplication of player nicknames.
Duplicate nicknames can't exist on the same network, as it would cause a lot of confusion and mistaken identity issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused some of you, but keep in mind that picking a new username can work in your favor. If existing players recognize you at the tables and already know your playing style, your new name would make you appear brand new to them at the tables and they won't know how to react to your moves. This is a significant advantage.
Once you login to your account, you will see a popup window asking you to change your nickname. To check the availability of the new nickname, click the button called "check ID." Keep in mind that this change is a one-time deal, you will not be able to do it again, once your new nickname has been selected.
If you would like to keep a version of the username that you originally registered, simply add an additional letter, number or underscore. Special characters are not allowed. All nicknames will be in capital letters.
Please write down your new nickname, so if you forget it , you can easily look it up. Remember to keep your account password private, especially when other people may have access to your computer.
I’m having a problem retrieving my password. What do I need to do?
Please try the Forgot Password process again located at the Login Window. We have made this process simpler and it should work now.

9) Why am I being prompted to change my Player Name?
Ultimate Bet is now part of the CEREUS poker network. With the poker network comes an expanded pool of players, bigger jackpots, and a lot more action at the tables. We're asking some users to change their nicknames to prevent duplicate names and confusion at the tables. To continue using your account, feel free to add extra characters or numbers to your current nickname, or change it completely. Please consider your choice carefully, as you won't be able to modify it again in the future.
10) Can I have an account in both Ultimate Bet and other sites on the CEREUS network?
Yes, Ultimate Bet remains a separate poker site. You can continue to enjoy the benefits Ultimate Bet offers, while maintaining your account on other sites within the CEREUS network.
11) Why can't I access the Ultimate Bet game while playing on other sites within the CEREUS network?
Since Ultimate Bet shares the CEREUS platform with other sites, multiple game applications cannot be open at the same time. If you wish to use the Ultimate Bet client, you need to close other CEREUS network sites.

12) What does the Filter Tab do?
You will find a Filter Tab under Games, Sit and Go and Multi Table Tournaments. By selecting the "Filter" Tab, you will be able to choose the types of tournaments or games that you would like to see in the lobby. You can filter these by Game Type, Limit and Buy in amounts.
13) Where did the "Open" tab go?
The Open Tab under Tournaments has been replaced by the Filter Tab. By selecting the Filter Tab you will be able to choose the types of tournaments that are displayed in the lobby. You can also sort tournaments and games by State, to find.
14) Why can't I find certain game or tournament types?
Enabling filters might prevent you from seeing all the desired game and tournament types. Make sure that you did not accidentally enable any filters from the Filter Tab.
15) Why do tournaments display in different colors?
Tournaments are displayed in different colors to distinguish between tournament types. Guaranteed Tournaments are red. Qualifiers to other events are green. Credit or Free tournaments are gold. Private Tournaments are purple. Non-Holdem type tournaments are orange, and all other tournament types are black.
16) Why can I no longer select the Game List colors?
We use standard colors in our game lobby to distinguish certain game types. In order to provide all players with a uniform experience, these colors cannot be customized.
17) How do I find information about the tournament structure?
Select the "More Details" tab in your tournament lobby. Here you will find information about the tournament blinds structure, prize structure and even breaks distribution.
18) What is the "Show Registering/Upcoming only" button for?
When you select "Show Registering/Upcoming only", the lobby will hide tournaments that are already running or finished, making it easier for you to find available tournaments.
19) How do I upload my avatar?
To upload an avatar image, select the "My Account" drop down menu and click on Change Image. After the window pops up, you can browse your computer for your favorite avatar by clicking on the "Change Image" button. Simply select your desired image and adjust it to the box size.
20) Why is my image not uploading?
Our image-loading feature can format and resize your image to fit within the avatar box. If you want to format the picture yourself, you can use an approximate size of 97 pixels wide x 52 pixels high to fill up the box. The supported image formats are bmp, .gif, .jpeg, and .jpg. Please note that we do not support .png images.
21) What is the Change Table View option?
The Change Table View option allows you to hide the chairs and see a top view of the table or return to the classic view.
22) How can I turn off the chat/Alert/Game sounds?
You can turn off all sounds at once by selecting the Options button at the tables, and un-checking the "Sound Effects" box.
23) What is the Rabbit showing on top of the cards?
The Rabbit Cam option will reveal the cards that would have been dealt next at the table. This function can be enabled from the table Options menu.
24) What is the Time Bank?
The time bank is available within a tournament session if you require extra time for decision making.
25) Why are there no Alternate Tournaments available?
Alternate Tournaments have been replaced by Late Registration Tournaments,
You no longer need to wait for a player to leave your spot free. Now you can join a tournament after its start time, no matter how many players are in it. Look for our Late Registration tournaments!
26) What is the Report Chat option for?
If a player is abusive at the tables, you can quickly report the incident by pressing the Report Chat button. This will provide us with evidence of the chat and hand number, and will help us to take action against the offending player.
27) What is the hand replayer?
The hand replayer allows players to graphically see their cards from a previous hand, along with the winner of the hand and the amount won. The detailed hand history is available in the chat box.
28) What are Turbo Bad Beat Jackpot tables?
Turbo Bad Beat Jackpot tables are similar to our regular Bad Beat tables, but players have less time to act. This allows faster action and more excitement!
29) Can I see my folded cards before the hand is complete?
Thanks to a feature added in CEREUS, when you move your cursor over your player image, you will be able to see the cards you folded, grayed out.
30) What is the maximum amount of tables I can have open at the same time?
You can have up to 10 tables open at the same time when playing on any CEREUS network site.
31) What are Private Tournaments?
Private Tournaments are real money Single Table tournaments where a maximum 9 players can play exclusively with each other. If you have made a deposit with UltimateBet, you may request to join already created Private Tournament groups created by Private Tournament Captain players. Captain players will have the ability to accept or refuse your request for membership.
To be eligible for Private Tournaments configuration you have to be in a CONTENDER, LEGEND or ICON status within the RAI$E loyalty program. Players can create one private tournament and join up to 4 others. While there may be more than 9 players per tournament group, only the first 9 players who take a seat in the tournament will get to play at that time.

To access the cashier from our game application window, select "Cashier & My Account", which is the fourth option from the top, and you will immediately be taken to a separate cashier window. 35) How can I check my available balance (real / fun money)?
